• All Wholesale Products  are priced as the Total Purchase Amount for the 6 Pieces included in each Pre-Pack  (calculated as the Unit Price x 6)
• Pre-Pack Quantity/Size vary according to each style (specified under product details)
• Wholesale Orders are custom made and subject to production timeframes
• Our current production "Complete" date (displayed below) represents an e.t.a. for the shipment of your order
• Due to custom production, Wholesale Orders may Not be Cancelled without written permission by a representative rebirth of chic
• Should Production be curtailed by unavoidable causes, we reserve the right to fill these orders in proportion to production. 
• All claims for shortage or defects must be submitted in writing withing  5 days.
• No returns will e accepted without a valid return ID.
• No returns will be accepted without the original manufacturer's label.
